THINGS TO KNOW
- Visible dramatic improvements will be seen after 4 or more sessions and will continue for up to 6 months after your treatments conclude
- Avoid hot baths, saunas and excessive exercise for three days after treatment; avoid hot water for 24 hours when washing the treated area
- Be sure to drink 10-14 cups of water per day for three days before AND after your treatment to keep your body fully hydrated and to achieve the best results
- To maintain results, apply a moisturizing cream that contains a sun block with an SPF 30 to the treatment area everyday
